We ship worldwide through FedEx expedite shipping based on FOB only. A standard FedEx shipping fee will be added to the invoice. We encourage you to use your FedEx account to save the shipping cost.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Products may not be returned for credit without prior authorization and shipping instruction from the Seller. The Buyer shall inspect goods immediately upon receipt and inform the Seller promptly of any damage or discrepancies. Should an item be shipped to buyer incorrectly, as the result of an error on our part, we will take quick and appropriate action to correct the problem. All claims for replacement, credit, or refund must be made within Fifteen (15) days of receipt of products. Failure to do so shall constitute a waiver by buyers for any and all such claims. Prior authorization by the Seller is required for all items to be returned. 20% processing fee may be imposed on items returned due to the Buyer' s error.
WHAT’S THE MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?
We accept a wide range of order amount from milligrams to kilograms, we do require a minimum order amount for synthetic on demand project. Just make sure to have a price and availability inquiry before you place an order.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?
Orders may be changed or amended only by written agreement signed by both the Buyer and the Seller. The Buyer may cancel an order only by providing actual notice to the Seller prior to the start of product production. Cancellation of an order during the product production shall result in a charge of thirty-five percentage (35%) of the cost of the original order. Upon completion of production for an individual product, no cancellation of an order shall be allowed.
